LINKS TO CASES ON THIS SITE: A BRIEF GUIDE

It was only after an email exchange today that I realised some people do not realise that there are often links on this site to the cases that are being discussed.

LINKS AND HOW TO FIND THEM

When a case is mentioned it is sometimes highlighted in red (or browny-orange depending on your screen). For example ICAP Management Services Limited -v- Berry [2017] EWHC 1321 QB.  If you place the cursor on the case name and click this will take you through the case (usually reported on BAILLI).

FORMING AN ATTACHMENT

Occasionally cases are “attached” to the blog. In these circumstances it is usually made clear where the cursor should be placed to get through to the transcript for example:

The judgment of HH Judge Robinson is here.wiseman judgment

The Court of Appeal note refusing permission to appeal is here wiseman order000

SORRY FOR STATING THE OBVIOUS

I know from the statistics on the blog that many people link to cases each day. My apologies for stating the obvious.  However there are clearly readers who have not appreciated that there are direct links to cases from the posts.
