Why is it that every time the CPR are changed they make the situation even worse than it was before, resulting in this type of expensive and ludicrous `how many angels on a pinhead’ satellite litigation?
These rules are ridiculously prescriptive. Do the people drawing them up have any actual experience of preparing for a civil trial? I can’t believe that they do.
