“Uploading bundles” and “emailing bundles”
These seem innocuous and obvious, but perhaps this is why the perpetual problem of pagination persists.
What HMCTS should be doing is providing a *cloud* platform similar to DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive, NextCloud etc, where all participants are working off the same file. Uploading and/or emailing effectively ‘forks’ the bundle, introducing the possibility for discrepancies.
