COURTS AND TRIBUNALS FEE REMISSIONS ORDER 2013

This Order came into force on the 7th October 2013. The aim is to put forward a standard fee remission system across a whole range of tribunals as well as the civil courts.

It is always prudent, when issuing proceedings, to consider whether your client may be eligible for fee remission.
