LAW AND FLOODING: USEFUL GUIDES TO THE LAW AND PRACTICAL LINKS
A few years ago, when large parts of my local area were flooded, I set up a blog on flooding and the law. The aim was to have links both legal and practical issues. Today seems a good day to reprise the guidance, both as to law and practical steps. I’ll try to update this over the next few weeks, any suggestions for useful guidance and links would be welcome. (I have updated the links on 26/02/2019).
