As per the footnote, the foreword by Lambert J specifically states that brackets should be adjusted by the appropriate rate of RPI from Sept 2021.
I’ve been making this point whenever I have acted for a Claimant and it has never proved controversial.
Para 4 of the foreword – “For the avoidance of doubt, of course, the guideline figures should be increased by the appropriate index for inflation between editions.”
