I have had a number of enquiries asking how to update card details when a card has expired. I have outlined the four steps that need to be taken below.
THE METHOD
- Log in to My Account on CLB.
- Select the Subscriptions tab.
- Click the Update link/button next to the active membership.
- Enter the new credit card information securely through the payment form.
