CHANGES TO STATEMENT OF TRUTH ON PRECEDENT H: NOT APRIL THE FIRST – THE MOJ GOT THE DATE WRONG

There has been a lot of publicity surrounding the new statement of truth on the Form H.  The situation has not been helped by the fact that the MOJ gave the wrong date for implementation of the change.
