Just a quick note of thanks.
I’m an LIP, having been involved in litigation as defendant for the last 3 1/2 years. I’m now fortunate enough to have turned the corner and the claim against me has reversed into a claim by me for damages.
I just wanted to let you know that your blog has been my foundation for pretty much everything I’ve argued. Without it I doubt I would be where I am.

I’m by no means finished, with a damages hearing still yet to be listed, but at least I’m in the ‘good’ part of the process, with the ‘bad’ behind me.
