I was wondering – if you have an order under CPR 7.6 to extend the time for the service of the Claim Form and Particulars of Claim, but you then (out of caution) decide to serve the Claim Form in the meantime, are you then obliged to serve the Particulars of Claim within 14 days as per CPR 7.4, or does the later date in the order apply?
