In  Cullen v Henniker-Major [2024] EWHC 2809 (KB) HHJ Ambrose (sitting as a Judge of the High Court) rejected the numerous allegations of fundamental dishonesty made by the defendant against the claimant.  The case may be an object lesson in relation to a failure to "prove things" by a defendant.
