APPLICANTS FOR INJUNCTIONS: WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR AN INJUNCTION BUT NOT ISSUING PROCEEDINGS BEFOREHAND? THAT PRACTICE SHOULD STOP: HIGH COURT DECISION
