SERVICE OF PROCEEDINGS: ADDING TO THE "ESSENTIAL CHECKLIST"

One advantage of twitter is that it is instantaneous.  Tweeters today commented on the new practice at Salford of only sending one copy of the sealed claim form back for solicitor service.  This is something that can usefully be added to the "essential checklist" on service of the claim form.
