CHANGES TO THE COMMERCIAL COURT AND LONDON CIRCUIT COMMERCIAL COURT PRACTICE ON THE VALUE OF CLAIMS

A Practice Note issued issued earlier this month sets out changes to the practice of the Commercial Court in relation to the value which it will consider transferring claims to other courts.  These changes take effect from the 1st July 2025.
