INCREASE IN COURT FEES FROM THE 1ST MAY 2024

Court fees increased from the 1st May. Details of all court fees increased can be seen here. The increases apply in family and tribunal proceedings in addition to civil cases. 172 court fees have been increased by 10%. Here we look at the increases in civil proceedings.
