BECOME A MEMBER TO KEEP UP TO DATE: THIS SITE IS BECOMING A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIBER SITE – MAKING CLB BIGGER AND BETTER

On the 10th June 2025* this site is becoming a membership site. All the past posts, and the vast majority of future posts will only be available to members who have joined.  This post explains what readers need to do if they want to have access to CLB after today.

WILL THE SITE CHANGE GOING FORWARD?

The aim is for the site to grow and develop and have more information, particularly in relation to its central themes of costs, procedure and avoiding negligence claims and problems with litigation generally.  There are new series planned and further posts on the “Cost Bites” series, “Proving Things” and the “Back to Basics”  series will continue.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON TUESDAY?

When this becomes a membership site readers will still be able to see the title of the posts and the first few lines. However only members can see beyond that.

CAN I SHARE THE CONTENT WITH MY COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS?

This will be a breach of the membership terms. (There are  “corporate” discounts available for firms and chambers who subscribe “in bulk”.)

WHAT ABOUT EXISTING  EMAIL SUBSCRIBERS?

Subscribers will still be notified of each post, however they will not have access to the full post unless they are also members.

WILL ALL THE POSTS  ON THIS BLOG IN FUTURE ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS?

Around 95% of posts going forward will only be available to members. All of the past posts are member only, that is the previous 12 years of content.
