INDEMNITY COSTS ORDERED AGAINST SOME (BUT NOT ALL) CLAIMANTS: A NUANCED HIGH COURT DECISION

We are returning to the same case as the previous post but looking at a different issue.  The judge considered whether to make an order for indemnity costs against the claimants.  The case is unusual in that such an award was made against, but not all, the claimants.
